Conversations on Race and Racism will explore important history and social concepts around issues of race. Participants will explore commonly accepted definitions and elements of personal behavior and organizational dynamics.  Conversations will also address the importance of emotional authenticity and look at how organizations can deepen their ability to provide effective personal and community service.
